ISLAM MEANS PEACE AS A TERM. ISLAM IS THE ALONE RELIGION WHICH HAS LAW OF WAR. "Peace" is the most common word on a Muslim's tongue. Whenever two people meet, they exchange greetings, wishing each other peace: "Peace be upon you." But peace cannot prevail except through justice. Since the concept of justice may differ from one man to another or from one society to another, Muslims believe that real justice is that which is specified by Allah.
Islam always wants to peace. Islam permits fighting in self-defense, in defense of the religion, or by those who have been expelled forcibly from their homes. At the same time, Islam requires one to treat one's enemy mercifully. It lays down strict rules of combat which include prohibitions against harming civilians and against destroying crops, trees, and livestock. Islam also requires that if an enemy declares his desire to end hostilities and seek peace, the Muslims must do the same. Sudan, Indonesia and Malaysia didn’t conquer with sword. Muslim merchants had caused become muslim in these country. Only reason is to live Islam utmost sincerety as Muslims believed strong faith. MECCA IS CONQUERED WITH THE HOLY QUR’AN. Conquest of the heart is the front of the conquest of country. In spite of the fact that pagans, those who defy faith had tortured savagely and harmed him, Hadhrad Muhammad (pbuh) said in conquerring Mecca like Hadhrad Yusuf: "This day let no reproach be (cast) on you: Allah will forgive you, and He is the Most Merciful of those who show mercy!
Islam is not the savageness of religion. Muslims are not savageness and terrorist. Christians made the Inquisitions, the savagenes of The Crusades, Second World War, war of Vietnam.
The concept of Jihad (struggling in the cause of Allah) is stated in the Qur'an. Allah said: "Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you, but do not transgress limits. Allah does not love transgressors." [2: 190] Jihad is never to be waged to force anybody to choose a particular religion. On the contrary, it is to waged to protect his right to choose freely. Therefore, if there is a force in the world that tries to prevent a person from practicing this right, Jihad may lead to fighting the force that is trying to prevent him from exercising free will.
"Allah does not forbid you to deal justly and kindly with those who fought not against you on account of religion, nor drove you out of your homes. Indeed, Allah loves those who deal with equity" (Surah Al-Mumtahinah 60:8)
Human is either hizb-ul-Allah (the soldier of Allah) or hizbussatan (the soldier of satan). Muslims are the soldiers of Allah. We are not member of terror organization. The goal of Muslims is gaining the Acceptance of Allah. Come on! Join us.
Strive for peace and justice for all!
"Do not let your hatred of a people incite you to aggression." (5:2).
Allah commands: Nor take life - which Allah has made sacred - except for just cause.
On that account: We ordained for the Children of Israel that if any one slew a person - unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land - it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people. Then although there came to them Our messengers with clear signs, yet, even after that, many of them continued to commit excesses in the land. (5: 32)
For spreading mischief in the land: “Except for those who repent before they fall into your power: in that case, know that Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.” (Al-Maeda, 34)
Mischief-making: Hadrat Hudhayfah reported Allah's Messenger (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) as saying: A mischief-maker will not enter Paradise. (Abu Dawud)
Footnote: Those are who were mischef-maker from Muslims will not enter paradise. Those are who were mischief-maker already will enter the hell!!!
The Unbelievers spend their wealth to hinder (man) from the path of Allah, and so will they continue
to spend; but in the end they will have (only) regrets and sighs; at length they will be overcome: and the Unbelievers will be gathered together to Hell;- (8: 36)
Do not usurp: Hadrat Sa‘id bin Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah’s Messenger (may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him) as saying, “If anyone takes a span of land unjustly, its extent taken from seven earths will be tied round his neck on the Day of Resurrection." (Bukhari and Muslim)
Stand up against tyrants: Hadrat Abu Sa‘id (may Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) as saying, “An excellent jihad is when one speaks a true word in the presence of a tyrannical ruler.” (Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah)
If Allah were to punish men for their wrong-doing, He would not leave, on the (earth), a single living creature: but He gives them respite for a stated Term: When their Term expires, they would not be able to delay (the punishment) for a single hour, just as they would not be able to anticipate it (for a single hour). (16: 61)
From time to time, some general calamity occurs in the world. It is reason of that A servant has own crimes, own sins.
Whatever misfortune happens to you, is because on the things your hands have wrought, and for many (of them) He grants forgiveness. (42: 30)
ISLAMIC JUCTICE:
Nobody should be above the law: Mother of faithful believers Sayyidatina ‘Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said that the (people of the tribe of) Quraysh were anxious about the Makhzumi woman who had committed theft and asked, “Who will speak to Allah’s Messenger (may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him) about her?” Then they said, “Who will be bold enough for it but Usama bin Zayd, the friend of Allah's Messenger?” So Hadrat Usama (may Allah be pleased with him) spoke to him and Allah’s messenger said, “Are you interceding regarding one of the punishments prescribed by Allah?” He then got up and gave an address, saying, “What destroyed your predecessors was just that when a person of rank among them committed a theft, they left him alone, but when a weak one of their number committed a theft, they inflicted the prescribed punishment on him. I swear by Allah that if Fatima, daughter of Muhammad, should steal I would have her hand cut off.” (Bukhari and Muslim)
Do not suffer injustice: Hadrat Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: Allah’s Messenger (may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him) never went out of my house without raising his eye to the sky and saying: “O Allah! I seek refuge in You lest I stray or be led astray, or slip or made to slip, or cause injustice or suffer injustice, or do wrong or have wrong done to me. (Abu Dawud)
The rewards of establishing justice: Hadrat ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr ibn Al-‘Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him) said: The just and fair persons (rulers and judges) will be seated on chairs of light before Allah (The Glorified and The Exalted). Such persons are those who decide justly and deal justly in matters relating to their families and other affairs entrusted to them. (Muslim)
The rewards of a good judge: Hadrat ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hadrat Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah’s Messenger (may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him) as saying, “When a judge gives a decision, having tried his best to decide correctly and is right, he will have a double reward; and when he gives a decision having tried his best to decide correctly and is wrong, he will have a single reward.” (Bukhari and Muslim)
Freedom of belief is guaranteed in Islam. But There is no democracy in Islam. It should be very clear that Islam tolerates not only other faiths but even its enemies. This is stated clearly in the Qur'an:
"Allah forbids you not with regard to those who fight you not for (your) faith, nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them, for Allah loves those who are just." [60: 8]
It is one function of Islamic law to protect the privileged status of minorities, and this is why non-Muslim places of worship have flourished all over the Islamic world. Islamic law also permits non-Muslim minorities to set up their own courts to implement family laws drawn up by the minorities themselves and to govern their own affairs.
History provides many examples of Muslim endurance towards other faiths. When the great leader and second Caliph, Umar, entered Jerusalem in the year 634, Islam guaranteed freedom of worship to all religious communities in the city. In fact, so careful was Umar in setting an example for his people that he not only went to a church to pray, he prayed outside in the courtyard, lest his followers after his death be tempted to convert the church into a mosque.
Islam teaches that the closest the Acceptance of Allah and the most beloved of Allah are those who are the best in piety. Thus all people, male and female, and regardless of race, color, nationality or ethnicity, are considered and treated as equal at creation before Allah and before the law. This concept of endurance did not reach the West even in theory until the 18th century and in practice not until the 20th century.
Hidayath (The correct path) is distinct from error. Right Guidance is clear from Error. We only notify to Non-Muslims for living under the roof of Islam. We only warn Non-Muslims. I just want to warn you, at face of a terrible Penalty.
Al-Amr bil Maruf wa Nahi an al-Munkar is the duty of Muslims: The above term literally means commanding what is right and forbidding what is wrong and encompasses a whole gambit of duties and responsibilities. The Qur'an makes it the duty of the believers (Muslims): "You are the best of Peoples evolved for humankind, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong and believing in Allah" (Aal Imran, 3:110). It means that every individual of the society has the right, nay the duty, to tell the truth and stand for it, to further all that is good and virtuous and do his utmost to remove the wrongs and vices wherever he finds them.
ISLAM ATTACHES IMPORTANCE BOTH THE CLEANLINESS OF INTERNAL AND THE CLEANLINESS OF EXTERNAL. Islam places great emphasis on cleanliness, in both its physical and spiritual aspects. On the physical side, Islam requires the Muslim to clean his body, his clothes, his house, and the whole community, and he is rewarded by Allah for doing so. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: "Removing any harm from the road is charity (that will be rewarded by Allah)(for Muslims)." [Bukhari]
AT-TAHARAH (PURITY): A Muslim must be pure and clean when he performs his prayer, (otherwise his prayers will not be valid). At-Taharah is of two types: Wudu’, (Ablution) and Ghusl (full Ablution).
A Muslim must take Ghusl after: Ejaculation of semen because of any reason. Intimate intercourse. For women: End of Menstruation period. End of the childbirth period.
O ye who believe! when ye prepare for prayer, wash your faces, and yourhands(and arms)tothe elbows; Rub your heads ( with water ); and ( wash ) your feet to the ankles. If ye are in a state of ceremonial impurity, bathe your whole body. But if ye are ill, or on a journey, or one of you cometh from offices of nature, or ye have been in contact with women, and ye find no water, then take for yourselves clean sand or earth, and rub therewith your faces and hands, Allah doth not wish to place you in a difficulty, but to make you clean, and to complete his favour to you, that ye may be grateful. [5: 6]
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) advised the Muslims to appear neat and tidy in private and in public. Once when returning home from battle he advised his army:
"You are soon going to meet your brothers, so tidy your saddles and clothes. Be distinguished in the eyes of the people." [Abu Dawud]
"Don't ever come with your hair and beard disheveled like a devil." [Al-Tirmidhi]
"Had I not been afraid of overburdening my community, I would have ordered them to brush their teeth for every prayer." [Bukhari]
Moral hygiene was not ignored, either, for the Prophet (pbuh) encouraged the Muslims to make a special prayer upon seeing themselves in the mirror:
"Allah, You have endowed me with a good form; likewise bless me with an immaculate character and forbid my face from touching the Hellfire." [Ahmad]
And modesty in dress, for men as well as for women, assists one in maintaining purity of thought.
Being charitable is a way of purifying one's wealth. A Muslim who does not give charity (Sadaqah) and pay the required annual Zakah, the 2.5% alms-tax, has in effect contaminated his wealth by hoarding that which rightfully belongs to others:
"Of their wealth take alms so that you may purify and sanctify them." [9: 103]
All the laws and injunctions given by Allah and His Prophet (pbuh) are pure; on the other hand, man-made laws suffer from the impurities of human bias and other imperfections. Thus any formal law can only be truly just when it is purified by divine guidance - as elucidated by the Qur'an and the Sunnah - or if it is divinely ordained to begin with - the Shari'ah.
WOMAN, FAMILY AND MARRIAGE IN ISLAM. Islam appreciates women. Islam treats women with justice. Justice is wider than equality. Family is foundation stone (seed) of society. Woman is very important vigorous society. If woman perfectly trains individuals, Society will be very well. Islam attaches importance women. Women are like a diamond. Women are no like coal. Coal is outside. But diamond is inside. Everybody wants to hide diamond. Islam never prohibit That women prink and dress nicely. Women can dress nice and orneted dresses at the side of her husband. It is free the gold and silk for women.
A Muslim woman must put on full dress which covers all of her body in the presence of strangers. Islam protects honesty of women by commanding that a woman must veil herself. Islam never want that women body which is as an estetic form go ahead of personality. Veiling is not a cruel. Veiling Muslim Woman is free. She is a servant of Allah. She is not a servant of herself. Veiling dishes up woman human identity to skin of woman. Islam protects women from illness of exhibitionism. A Muslim never torments a woman and man. Islam guards woman from harmful views and acts, with Islamic rules. It is obvious that men eyes has harmfull rays like beta, gamma rays. But harmfull rays never effect Muslim women and the rates of cancer is a litle amongs Muslim women. Nakedness causes foolishness. A lot of places of the world, the woman is seen a sexual goods by humans. In Islam, A woman is seen a woman. Islam esteems women. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) says: “Paradise lies beneath the feath of mothers.”
{The most perfect of the believers in faith are the best of them in morals. And the best among them are those who are best to their wives.}
The fornication of the eyes consists of looking, of ears in hearing, of the tongue in speech, of the hand in violence and of the foot in walking. The heart lusts and wishes and the private parts accord with that or reject it. (Muslim).
Our Prophet told his companions that they will be rewarded even for having sexual intercourse with their wives. "by satisfying it legally with your wives you are rewarded for it." This means they are acts of worship. Thus Islam does not consider sex a dirty thing that one should avoid. It is dirty and sinful only when it is satisfied outside marital life.
... They are your garments and ye are their garments… (2: 187)
Mahram: Hadrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Prophetic Messenger (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) as saying, "A man must not spend the night in the house of a woman who has been married unless he is a husband or a close relative." (Muslim)
Hadrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Holy Prophet (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him), said, "One (For Muslims) who brings up two girls right from their childhood till their maturity, will appear on the Day of Judgement attached to me like these" (two fingers of hand) and he joined his two fingers'. (Muslim reported)
The Rights of the Wife: Islam has given women rights since 1400 years ago. Narrated Hadrat 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn Al 'Aas (may Allah be pleased with him): Allah's Prophetic Messenger (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) said, "O 'Abdullah! Have I not been informed that I have to fast all the day and stand up in prayer all night?" I said, "Yes, O Allah's Messenger." He said, "Do not do that. Observe the fast sometimes and also leave them (the fast) at other times; stand up for the prayer at night and also sleep at night. Your body has a right over you, your eyes have a right over you and your wife has a right over you." (Bukhari) there is the right of divorce of women in Islam.
Behave best towards wives: Hadrat Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) said: The most perfect Muslim in the matter of faith is one who has an excellent behaviour; and the best among you are those who behave best towards their wives. (Tirmidhi)
Preserve chastity: Hadrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Prophetic Messenger (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) as saying, "When a woman observes the five times of prayer, fasts during Ramadan, preserves her chastity and obeys her husband, she may enter by any of the gates of Paradise she wishes." (Abu Nu'aym)
The rights of the husband: Hadrat Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) said: "When the husband calls his wife to his bed and she disobeys, and he spends the night in anger against her, the angels keep cursing her till the morning." (Bukhari and Muslim)
Marriage encouraged: Hadrat 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) reported Prophet Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) as saying, "Young men, those of you who can support a wife should marry, for it keeps you from looking at strange women and preserves you from immorality but those who cannot, should devote themselves to fasting, for it is a means of suppressing sexual desire." (Bukhari and Muslim)
Consent to marriage: Narrated mother of faithful believers Sayyidatina ‘Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): I asked the Prophet (may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him), “O Allah's Messenger! Should the women be asked for their consent to their marriage?” He said, “Yes.” I said, “A virgin, if asked, feels shy and keeps quiet.” He said, “Her silence means her consent.” (Bukhari)
Divorce allowed but hated: Hadrat Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) reported Prophet Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) as saying, "If any woman asks her husband for divorce without some strong reason the odour of Paradise will be forbidden to her". (Ahmad, Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah and Darimi)
